Yunus Emre Bakiler’s practice focuses on negotiating preliminary discussions, coordinating due diligence processes and negotiating share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements and shareholders’ agreements for mergers and acquisitions transactions on both the buyers’ and the sellers’ sides, conducting closing procedures for these agreements and representing clients in disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
