Eda Tüzün’s practice mainly focuses on Corporate Law and Partnerships and Litigation.

Eda takes part in advising clients on early stages of an investment, including incorporating the relevant companies, structuring the relationship between the shareholders, and handling day-to-day corporate governance matters for clients. She also provides consultancy services to clients with respect to corporate and commercial law matters.

Eda represents clients in litigation, in disputes arising out of corporate law, commercial law and employment-related matters.
