From the early stages of an investment, we guide clients on the form, jurisdiction and roles of the requisite entities, in coordination with tax professionals, and then continue to execute the project by incorporating the relevant companies, structuring the relationship between the shareholders, and advising on the corporate governance of the relevant entities.  

During the life of a company we advise on various corporate transactions the shareholders may wish to undertake for corporate finance or restructuring purposes, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestments, share capital contributions, decreases and buy-backs, changes to the articles and the governing bodies of the entity, and liquidations. We also support day-to-day corporate governance of entities in a broad range of industries by drafting general assembly and board resolutions for requisite issues, setting up signing authority delegations and advising on relevant regulatory issues.
