With a wealth of experience, Elif Karagözoğlu practices across a broad spectrum of legal practices with particular focus on Corporate Law and Partnerships, Employment, Real Estate, Wealth Management and Dispute Resolution.

Elif regularly advises domestic and international companies on commercial contracts, corporate law and corporate governance, and resolving complex day-to-day corporate and employment issues. She advises clients on a regular basis on employment law issues including white-collar investigations and delivers tailored training on employment law, and preemptive management of employment issues to executives and HR teams, equipping them to handle day-to-day operations with a legal perspective.

She provides strategic advice to investors and real estate developers on operation of shopping malls, from drafting and executing management plans to negotiating building and unit lease agreements and resolving disputes and advises companies in residential and commercial construction projects and project execution.

Elif represents clients in disputes arising out of employment, commercial law and civil law, construction law and contracts in Turkish courts and arbitration. She further offers guidance on inheritance law and personal asset management, particularly in high-stakes litigation, helping clients navigate complex and cross-border legal issues.
