Commercial Contracts
We offer a wide range of legal guidance on domestic and international commercial and trade law. We advise clients on raw material, semi-finished product sales, industrial facility and production line transactions, domestic and international supply agreements including under the CISG, and offer strategic advice on payment and security mechanisms, including letters of credit, within the scope of commercial transactions.
We assist clients throughout the transactions in the supply chain, including distributorship contracts, franchise and agency agreements and we take active part in drafting complex commercial and contractual schemes including creating e-commerce, customer services, online payment and distributor management schemes. Our services notably include product safety and product liability in a range of industries including the automotive, engineered stones and various manufacturing sectors as we assist clients in a multitude of areas, from regulatory advice to contractual and tortious claims.
