CEREN AK GÜNGÖR
Ceren Ak Güngör’s practice focuses on Commercial Law, Engineering and Construction, Power Generation and Dispute Resolution.
Ceren is involved in transactional work and disputes in large-scale engineering, power plant, construction and infrastructure projects, as well as industrial facility developments at home and abroad. Her practice involves advice on contracts and claim building surrounding projects and she regularly drafts and negotiates domestic and international procurement, engineering, construction (including EPC contracts and the FIDIC Suite) contracts as well as long term service and operation and maintenance agreements. Ceren’s experience includes superstructures, industrial production facilities, energy projects including electricity production (such as solar plants, onshore wind farms and combined cycle power plants), transmission and storage plants and facilities. Ceren’s practice includes advising clients on commercial law matters with particular focus on product safety, product liability and disputes arising out of these.
Ceren represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings related to these projects and has handled cases in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations under various rules. Ceren also sits as an arbitrator.
