We regularly advise domestic and international clients in the construction industry, including contractors who are consistently listed in the ENR 250, in a wide array of projects including general construction contracts such as residences, hotels, factories, shopping malls, to infrastructure, mining developments and energy-related construction projects including power plants (nuclear, combined cycle and hydro-electrical power plants, wind farms and solar power plants), oil & gas facilities, natural gas storage projects, pipelines and energy transmission facilities.  

We advise clients on bespoke and standard form construction contracts (including FIDIC), with particular focus on EPC contracts and major and complex construction contracts. We also regularly represent clients on project-related procurement contracts, as well as subcontracts, supply and installation agreements, long term service and operation and maintenance agreements.   

Our advice covers preparation to tenders and project documents through execution of domestic and international engineering, construction and infrastructure projects. We take a hands-on approach throughout the project, assisting clients on claim management, claim building and representing clients in ensuing disputes before dispute boards, national courts and arbitral tribunals.
