ÖZGE ÇETİNKAYA
Özge Çetinkaya’s practice mainly focuses on Corporate Law and Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Mining and Power Generation.
Özge represents domestic and international sellers and buyers in the context of mergers and acquisitions with a specific focus on transactions in the power generation, construction and mining industries. She advises clients on day-to-day corporate governance matters as well as company formations in Turkey and abroad.
Özge also frequently advises domestic and international lenders and borrowers in project finance and financial restructuring transactions.
Özge provides legal advice with respect to a wide range of commercial law issues including product safety and product liability, and she advises clients in contracts, transactions and regulatory matters in construction and engineering, mining and power generation projects.
