Restructuring and Insolvency
When assisting clients restructure debt, sell assets or address future risks, we adopt a creative, solution-oriented and communicative approach. We have both strong expertise in financial transactions as well as in restructuring and insolvency proceedings in Turkey including in relation to bankruptcy and concordatum proceedings. Our proficiency in both practices allows them to advise our clients in the restructuring of syndicated or multi-project loans within constricted timelines.
