Ayşe Yazıcı Adanır is a dual-qualified (New York and Turkey) lawyer focusing on Corporate Law and Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions, Arbitration and Oil and Gas.

Ayşe represents clients in their investments in Turkey and abroad, representing them in share purchases and subscriptions, and shareholders’ agreements. Ayşe’s practice also involves company group restructurings, investment management companies and funds in Turkey and abroad, and she advises on the legal aspects of investing in funds. Ayşe also represents clients in international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings, mostly in construction and M&A disputes. She regularly works on structuring project finance and other financing and security agreement packages for both borrowers and lenders. Having advised on oil & gas exploration and production activities in various countries, Ayşe assists clients on production sharing agreements, joint operating and farm-in agreements.
