Eda Yılmaz’s practice mainly focuses on Corporate Law and Partnerships, Construction and Engineering, Commercial Law and Data Privacy and Protection.

Eda advises clients on commercial contracts and on construction and engineering projects, including drafting and negotiating engineering, EPC, installation and operation and maintenance contracts. She also provides companies consultancy on electricity market, natural gas market and renewable energy-related activities and handles regulatory license and clearance matters. 

Her practice also includes advising domestic and international clients on data protection transactions and strategies, analyzing data handling practices and legal alignment of contracts and policies.
