Şener Özkan’s practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, Employment, Restructuring and Insolvency, Real Estate.

He has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in civil, commercial, administrative and tax litigations arising out of commercial contracts, labor law and consumer law. Şener has successfully represented domestic and international clients in many high-stakes litigation before national courts. His practice also includes representing clients in arbitration proceedings and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitration awards in Turkish courts.

Şener further provides preventative legal advice on employment law, including on workplace practices, structuring standardized documents and procedures for day-to-day labor law-related issues as well as delivering tailor-made employment law trainings to domestic and international clients. He also advises clients in sales and leases of goods and property, residential and commercial construction and disputes arising out of shareholder’s disputes, corporate governance matters, director’s liabilities and shareholders’ agreements.
