Employment

Our employment law practice comprises of supporting Turkish and foreign clients on all issues related to structuring employment contracts for C-Suite and other employees drafting  workplace and disciplinary rules and procedures and steering individual and collective layoffs, and representing clients in Turkish courts on employment matters. 

We work together with our clients to minimize potential employment-law related disputes. In that regard, our preventive employment law services include providing strategic advice on individual or collective layoffs, conducting disciplinary processes and representing clients in voluntary and mandatory mediation. We also frequently provide tailor-made trainings to directors, offıcers and human resources staff with a view to help navigate the clients through Turkish employment law requirements. 

Through our extensive employment litigation practice, we represent our clients at every stage in the Turkish courts in employment law disputes, including in disputes arising out of workplace and occupational accidents, employment-related receivables and termination.
