Rabia Yılmaz’s practice mainly focuses on Litigation, Employment Law and Real Estate.

Rabia regularly advises clients on employment law matters including on employment contracts, termination and disciplinary action procedures, collective redundancy, reinstatement and receivables and claims arising out of employment contracts. Her advice includes preventative measures to mitigate the risk of litigation as well as representing clients in employment related lawsuits.

Rabia also handles commercial and real estate-related contracts and disputes, advising clients on civil and commercial leases and sales, as well a wide range wealth management matters including succession planning and asset management.

Rabia frequently represents clients in litigation and arbitration, in disputes arising out of commercial law, real estate, civil law and employment-related matters.
