İrem Altınel Kaya’s practice focuses on Litigation and Employment Law.

She advises clients on managing pre-dispute and dispute resolution strategies, with a key focus on employment law, commercial law, and consumer law within the manufacturing and automotive sectors. İrem represents clients in a broad spectrum of disputes, from contract and commercial transaction issues to complex construction and subcontracting agreements.

İrem’s employment law practice notably includes preventive consultancy services, drafting and structuring employment contracts and relevant documentation in accordance with labor law and workplace practices as well as consultancy on termination of employment contracts by employers and employees. İrem advises clients in relation to employment receivables, disciplinary actions, collective redundancies and reinstatement claims and represents clients in lawsuits arising out of these.
