Zeynep Bölükbaşı’s practice mainly focuses on Litigation, Employment Law, Commercial Law and Wealth Management.

Zeynep regularly advises clients on employment contracts and disputes. Her practice includes advice on workplace practices, procedures and termination of employment contracts. Zeynep represents employers and employees, domestic and international, before Turkish courts in relation to employment receivables, disciplinary actions, collective redundancies and reinstatement claims.

Zeynep also advises clients on civil law matters including matters arising out of inheritance law, personal asset management and business succession planning.

Zeynep represents clients in a wide array of disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals, in disputes arising out of employment contracts, real estate, civil law, commercial contracts and construction projects.
