Yiğitalp Sanver’s practice focuses on Engineering & Construction, Oil and Gas, Mining and Arbitration.

Yiğitalp regularly advises clients on procrement,construction and infrastructure contracts including EPC contracts (including the FIDIC Suite), subcontracting agreements as well as Operation and Maintenance agreements. He engages in both transactional and dispute-related matters across large-scale engineering, power plant, construction, and infrastructure projects, as well as industrial facility developments, both domestically and internationally. Yiğitalp also advises clients on claim building and contract management in projects, as well as advising on roadmaps and preventive measures in disputes particularly arising out of construction contracts.

Yiğitalp further advises clients on the licensing and permitting of oil and gas exploration and joint operating agreements and assists clients in procedures before the administrative authorities.

His practice includes representing clients in international and domestic arbitration proceedings and he has taken part in representing clients before a number of arbitration institutions.
