YAZICI’s dispute resolution practice encompasses dispute avoidance and representation in litigation and arbitration, ensuring comprehensive support at every stage of conflict resolution. Litigation
We represent clients in a range of private and administrative law areas before Turkish Courts at all levels, from first degree proceedings to appellate proceedings. Our litigation experience encompasses commercial, contractual, corporate, construction, real estate, energy and employment law as well as product liability and consumer protection. We have represented our clients in administrative law litigation involving challenging injunctions on licenses, administrative fines, implementation of various regulations such as electricity, environmental impact assessment regulations, conduct of tenders and cancelation of permits.
We also represent both local and international clients in recognition and enforcement proceedings before Turkish courts.
Arbitration
We represent clients in ad-hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings in domestic and international commercial and investment disputes. We have represented clients before various institutions including International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), American Arbitration Association (AAA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), Vienna International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC) and in investment arbitrations before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
